If you have an air compressor and adapter to hold the valves up, all you need is a valve spring compressor.

Just remove the cams and buckets, and of course keep all parts protected and sorted so there are no mixups as to which bolt, cap, or bucket went where.

Get a manual. Fairly straight forward procedure.

May also want to replace the timing belt, tensioner, and water pump while you're at it.
