I've been through 2 sets in front and found the cheapest & quickest was to bring the knuckle to a NAPA store with a machine shop and have them remove and install new bearings. An axle puller is a big help when removing the knuckle/bearing, but if the bearing is in bad shape, it may sieze on to the axle.

Oh yeah, heres a trick: Break the axle nuts loose before even raising the wheels off the ground. (They are reaalllly tight!)
