Yup, he replaced both springs. He used ones from a 2002 Contour. I looked for any recalls on 2002 for that same problem, but didn't find any. I'll be picking up the car tomorrow. So hopefully it'll be ok.
Now I want to see if Ford will do anything for me. Like that'll happen.
