The third gauge is always the hardest one to decide. How about an engine vacuum gauge? It can double as a mileage or efficiency indicator.

Where do you pick up he signals for these meters?

Volts: Find a 12V source from under the dash, wire back to gauge, and ground wire to chassis. Source must be switched on and off with ignition. Backlighting connected to lighting circuit and negative connected to ground.
Oil Pressure: Requires a sending unit installed in the block (2 ports available), wired back to the gauge, again a 12V source required and ground. Source can be same as volt meter. Backlighting connected to lighting circuit and negative connected to ground.
Vacuum: Requires a small port after the throttle body, can be teed from an existing vacuum line, run small plastic line (supplied) back to gauge. Backlighting connected to lighting circuit and negative connected to ground.
Oil Temperature: Sending unit has to be installed in block, or possibly teed with pressure gauge, wired back to the gauge, again a 12V source required and ground. Source can be same as volt meter too. Backlighting connected to lighting circuit and negative connected to ground.
All of the 12V backlighting can be taken from one source, but being careful that the wire size of the source is adequate to carry the load of 3 additional bulbs. All can be grounded to one location too.
When I installed my gauges and pod, pre installing the wires, zip tied the wires within the pod, taking my time to route all the wires, etc, it took me a good part of a day. Why? Because I was being careful and tried to be as neat as possible. I was also (at the time), wiring in the A/F gauge and boost gauge, which were long runs from inside to outside. One other thing, 2 holes have to be drilled in the "A" pillar for the 3 pod, to secure the pod to the pillar. Watch out for the windshield and dash.
I don't typically recommend the A/F gauge for our cars, because the O2 sensor voltage signal fluctuates all the time and just gives you a light show on the gauge (goes from lean to rich, lean to rich, all the time as the O2 sensor voltage changes). To properly employ the A/F gauge, you would require a special O2 sensor, problem is that it is very expensive. Second thing is that the standard A/F gauge is not back lit, since it already has LED's.
I guess that's about it for now.
