I was browsing the NECO site and found this page with many great pictures of the MSDS headers being installed into a Cougar.

http://198.3.128.48/~Dan/HeaderInstall.htm

Priceless! Big thanks to the NECO guys for putting that up!!

Actually, he has the complete SVT intake (IIRC) or maybe it's the upper intake and TB.

Only took them about 6 hours. Doesn't sound
TOO bad. Said they could probably do it in
4 hrs next time.

They're on my mod list, for sure. Only
thing I'm not crazy about is the Y- pipe
bend for the rear bank. Bleh! I doubt
you'll see any powerloss w/ it.

He's using the stock cat would that affect his performance at all ? Not to mention it looks nasty with all that new hardware and to use that old rusty cat. Makes me want to go out and grab a set though.

I will also post my pics when Bobby, me and others from DC/NY/NJ CEGers install headers in my car and possibly Kool Aid's.

Is that clear cylinder over the intake a Heat soak? Haven't seen that before.

The shield that you see is Dan's own creation called the VisiShield. It is made of polycarbonate and keeps intake temps LOW! Read about it on his site http://198.3.128.48/~Dan/

If I didn't have the SCA CAI, I would have one on my Cougar.
