I mentioned that point a while ago when the came over here to sell them. The shield completely covers the filter save a small hole in front.

Dan orginally designed the VisiShield to eliminate Heat Soak. He has since found this to be true and now redesigning the VisiShield to work more like a Cold Air system where the filter will be fed via a new draw tube.

The headers look cool but that Y-pipe SUX!
That super sharp bend (created by two welded pipes) AND the dimple equal SH!TE-FLOW!
I would use the Headers with the SHO-Shop or Yodude Y-pipe.
Terry says that the U-bend is NOT NECESSARY it is there for packaging reasons only. And my Yodude y-pipe doesn't have it, nor does the SHO Shop version.
No adverse affects noted.
I only wonder how long it will be until he gets a CEL for having no precats.
I wonder it you could lengthen the wires from the two rear O2 sensors so you could mount two before the MAIN CAT and two after, to keep the ECU happy? I think it would not be hard you would just have to buy two O2 bungs (Hooker Headers sells them). You could mount the before-cat O2 sensors in the stock positiions on the headers and then weld the two new bungs in the straight pipe right after the main cat. That way the ECU would have a sample from each bank before the cat and a common sample from after the main cat.
Any comments??? (Terry?)
