First system was 2 Kicker Impluse 12's with a magestic amp.. Magestic had the best customer service back in the day if you blew a amp within 3 years of purchase date you could bring it back and exchange in store for a new one

my first system....

two atomic 12's, boston acoustics rally 6.5's with tweets, and lanzar 4's in the dash. i forget what alpine h/u, and it was all driven by a hifonics 50/2 amp. i was 15, and passive x-over networks were my friend!!

this was back in 1990 btw....

My first system was a Boss amp (150wrms bridged) going to a super blue 10" in a bass tube that was held together with duct tape. Headunit was Sony and this setup was in a 95 Ford Aerostar.

Funny thing is this was 1999. Fast forward to today, the amp is in my girlfriend's Prizm on a Punch Z 12" and it sounds good to me. The headunit is in my sisters car, still working flawlessly (if you believe that).

Audiobahn... I've heard it, not too bad. I do think if they took some money away from the design and put it into the performance, it might make a difference. But who cares? :-D Better than two 15 inch xplods lol (my second setup)

i only paid 125 a speaker so i dont tihnk their that overpriced, better than xlod i would imagine EVERYBODY would agree with that, but yea i guess i did skip of the TELL ME WHAT YA THINK part...sorry
