i live in columbus, oh and being the enviro caring republicain i am drive to dayton where the ohio epa requires anyone renweing the plates to get a e-check meaning checking the emmisions of the car. just to have my car checked out. its better to catch things now because those tests can sugest things that you may not know are going bad even with the best car maintence. so im all for smog testing! i can count about 2 dozen cars in my neighborhood that would go to the scrap heap c of it and im all for that.
