Hey, just got my Contour a few days ago and its already in the shop. Somethings sucking up too much juice and killing the car, but anyway, I had a qestion about speaker size. (Tired search, couldnt find anything spesefic eneough)
I need to know the size of the front/rear door and rear deck so I dont order something too big.... so, what are the size speakers I should use for each?

I have 5x7s in mine....6x9s will probably fit too. Im sure if you check the audio branch youll find your answer. *hint hint*

Yeah like someone said 5X7, but I know 6X9 fit in the front on the 2000 model, not sure about other years.

You tried searching and couldn't find something specific enough? how hard is it to find the words "5x7" or "6x9" in a result? Its not like its a complex issue as "how to hook up a turbo myself".. THAT could be "non-specific" enough..

You tried searching and couldn't find something specific enough? how hard is it to find the words "5x7" or "6x9" in a result? Its not like its a complex issue as "how to hook up a turbo myself".. THAT could be "non-specific" enough..

I believe the factory size is 6x8. people have had success fitting 5x7 and 6x9.
