I realize this isn't quite your question, but if you have a week and want to, you could do it yourself. I don't know if you can buy the autospeciality rotors that Stazi uses, but you can get boring, new Ford rotors. Nothing exciting, but they'll work for the time being. Also, you should be able to buy the Bendix Titanium pads that Stazi uses. I don't know what auto parts stores you have up in BC, but I would call around asking about those pads for your car. If not, you might be able to cross the border and find some here in WA. Again, try calling around to find places that carry them.
As for brake shops, I can't help you too much, considering I'm a 7 hour drive away. Sorry about that, I hope the above helps. And if you are worried about time or difficulty, I did my brakes in 2 days, and it only took that long because I got the rotors turned and had to wait a long time. Its a job that, if you buy new rotors, will take an afternoon.
