I hated my 98 CSVT console cupholders!... I love my pre-98 center console! I had a buddy recover that cloth lid with black vinyl and we painted the console midnight blue and black, It looks awsome!
No you need the 90-95 taurus cupholders, I love mine! they actully hold a cup! and they have a change holder.

I always wondered why the hell you SVT owners never swap out for a pre 98 center console.. they're nicer (Just be Pretty with your cupholders, everybody claims they break so easily yet I have had no problems) not to mention the spare space for toys ..Beautiful though. Nice job.

did you have to move the wires alot to get everything to work?
also it seems that everything seems to line right up, is this the case? you only had to drill holes to mount the rear of the console right?
also you know how the arm rest comes off?
thanks for the info
Post 98 rocks my word. SOOO much better. Cups can take .89g's before spilling!!!

on my car its a pretty suddle difference, the black however, is that silver tinyed color and doesn't match the dash as well. but looks way better, so two thumbs up to i don't give a damn.
