I sohuld have said that the FRPP Focus Intake Manifold has an EGR port, not the head.
Doh! Forgot about VVT. 
BTW, VVT and the switchable runners make it REALLY difficult to put those parts in the Contour. You would need a SVT Focus PCM to control those parts and the additional wiring.
