One good thing about the tib is the stock intake is sooo restrictive you can get 10 hp easy from an intake. I wonder if that's where the factory lost the 10hp from the initial ratings??? Here's a dyno I found for an injen CAI for the tib:  Seems to agree with what you saw on your dyno for the lightly modded one.
