That looks sweet, but your camera needs some mods! Tim

GTP's have run as high as 14.3 stock; I can see 14.5 with some sticky tires and a sub 2.0 60ft. Our w-bodies are just as hard to launch as the CDW-27's, but thankfully we've got a lot more weight up front to assist in the act (and a lot of folks have LSD's to get the act done a little easier, without being so hard on the transaxle).
If it was a coupe, more than likely the 14.5 was achieved with an intake cone (instead of stock airbox) on a decent launch. That alone yields about 5-8fwhp on our cars. There are plenty of mods out there for them, but if he's only in the mid 14's I doubt he has anything other than a couple mild bolt-on's.
13's in a GTP is 4-5 bolt-ons: 3.4" pulley, CAI (intake), better-flowing exhaust and u-bend delete (i.e. better flowing exhaust), one heat range colder plugs (for reliability--detonation is common with mods on this car, and most people don't care enough to be preventative), a 180degree or lower thermostat, and of course a chip/PCM to better utilize those mods (which also allows 3 to 1 downshifts on our slushboxes, as well as raises the governer allowing our cars to hit their ~160mph top-speed on 2.95:1 gears).

I have an SVTF and it is much faster then you guys think. The SVTF and SVTC are very closly matched. A stock SVTF that is carefully broken in will run the 1/4 in 15.3 or so. I would say an averag time would be 15.5. It really depends on the driver as to how well the car will perform. The SVTF suspension is were it really shines, most magazine revues have had slalom times in the 67mph to 68mph range. The brakes are great too, with stopping distances that are sub 120 feet. I would also but the interior of the SVTF above that of the SVTC. One thing I believe the two cars have in common are the time they spend in the shop. Lastly only cars with the winter package have t/c and could some give my average numbers for the SVTC i was thinking about getting a 2000 for my wife.

I ran against a F-SVT on the highway last night. i pulled pretty good on it especially in the higher speeds. we never lined up cause he would always take off. with him getting a jump i pulled a good 2 or 3 car lengths on him and kept pulling more but i stopped cause the speeds were getting dangerous. if i was stock though he would of stayed right with me i think.

15.2x-ish@89-91 would be what I would say.. (maybe less with an even better driver and a 2000) someone else will chime in, I am sure..)
Keep in mind that these cars (as I am sure you are familiar with, with your SVTF), are NOT drag cars... they are touring heritage, handling cars... The low end is not really there to help out much in a 1/4 drag.... but top end power really builds strong, and never drops to redline..
0-60 is 6.9-7.1-ish w/a good launch..

Why so she can race you to the store.... neither car was made for 0-60 or the 1430 ....this is the reason 3rd gear is always going bad .If you want a drag car buy one. I love to take you back to the day when I had my first Csvt taste. My buddie bought one in 1998 he pulled next to me and said see ya. Well I was in a stock mustang 5.0L you know the story.NOT! Point is he was pissed? Not to much press at the time and the sales man told him this was a monster. well he now drives a 04 cobra and I have 4.5 CSVT...and a stang..
