Hehehe, that's great. The ones that are legal for CA....where do people come up with this stuff. Also, something has to be wrong with the converter to be replaced if you take it to a respectable shop, but if you take it to a hole in the wall, they'll do whatever you want for a few bucks, kinda like hookers.
