Anyone running headers on their SVT. If so does anyone have any dyno numbers on the gains.

I am running them. Although I did not dyno the car, I can tell the difference in both the bottom end and the sound.
My brother also drove my car a week after I had them installed. He lives away in Indiana. He borrowed my car to take a ride to meet some friends, and I didn't tell him about the headers. He came back and asked me what I did to the car, saying that it pulled harder.

I think headers are probably the best single bolt on mod you can do.
Get a set of MSDS and never look back.
99 Cougar V6 MTX...Plenty of mods
My best mod thus far:
Trans: Brand New MTX-75 with B1 gear set, Quaife LSD, 4.5 Final Drive, Spec Stage 1 Clutch, Spec Aluminum Flywheel...

Registered almost 4 years and you're asking if anyone runs headers on an SVT? Check hereAFAIK no one has baseline - MSDS dyno runs to prove actual gains.

Well my question is really for 3ls but still wanted to see how ppl liked them on their svt's.
Also I was looking for more than just but dynos because sometimes the increase of sound will make you think you are goin faster.
And yes I have been registered for 4 yrs and on the boards just about everyday, even though i dont post that much i do read a very large amount of the info on ceg. But like you, I didnt find any direct dynos for before and after that is why i asked the question?

Not your usual style. Good to see you mix it up though...
Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.
