when i installed my power cord for my amp, i went through an exsisting whole that is located under the vent (or whatever it is) under the windshield whipers. don't know if that will help in your case. but i'm sure if you did a search someone else has to have already done it. and i need to do instead of letting the pod sit in closet.

i drilled a hole down by the brake and clutch pedal, then installed a grommet.

The plug in the head is the easiest spot, but it's not the most accurate - for that, you'll have to tap into the plug near the oil filter housing down below. There are a few writeups in the General and/or Mods sections.

there's a hole in the firewall up behind the brake pedal, you might have to pull back the carpet a bit but you'll find it. iirc it comes out next to the brake fluid reservoir down n to the left of it.
look for a large rubber gromet

CF sunroof glass replacement
OEM CF trunk
Non OEM style cf or fiberglass hood not the cf1 design

look for a rubber garment on the driver side...its painfully obvious and you'd have to be blind to miss it. then just tape your wires to a straightened metal clothes hanger and stick it all the way through. After months and months, I finally did it and it worked easily.
