K&N filter oil will work with a non-K&N filter. Just don't over oil it. then cleaning the MAF filament would be pointless. Electronic parts cleaner is in an aoresol can and it does what it says. If you go to an auto parts store(or walmart or radio shack as well) you can usually find it. All you have to do is buy some(usually less than $5.00) and put the little straw thingy on the nozzle. Spray the actual filament from about 8 inches away or more cause they tend to break really easily. if the cleaner isn't hitting very well you can always move it closer. Best thing to do would be ask someone at the counter of the parts store for it or at radio shack. Those will be your best bets. Good luck!
