Hell yeah, I would have!! For some reason it all fell through. Instead I bought all of the tubing and elbows myself. I would have it done by now if I actually had some money. I still need to buy the crimper and terminals to relocate my battery. Right now it is starting to look like mid-May before it's done. (Sooner if my 401k payout shows up.)
I will post a detailed how-to once my CAI is complete. BTW, parts alone, my CAI is around $300.
