The Mazda 2.5 litre V6 is completely different than the Duratec 2.5 litre V6. The base Millenia V6 dates back to the 1993 Ford Probe/Mazda 626(MX-6).
Of course, as long as you're talking Millenias... just get the S with the awesome 2.3 litre Miller Cycle engine.
