i won't be running that probe or any car as a matter fact for a long time. i got the one from cosmo racing i know it's not B&M but they all do the same thing.

I'm sorry for the inane noob question here,  but I have never really seen the appeal of a short shifter, nor had it explained to me. As far as I understand, it simply makes your shifts quicker and smoother. Please guide me on the ways of the Short Shifter. - Chris
