I've searched quite a bit and have not found anything on this. now...for our stock 15s....what is the width? 6.0 or 6.5? I'm pretty sure its 6.0, but i still might be wrong.

Mine are 6.5, but I think some of the 15" factory alloys are 6".
It should be stamped on the inside face of the wheel.
Or, maybe a fellow 99 owner will know for sure.
