I wouldn't call any of them "really good", but I understand what you mean.
However, a prepared speech is not a true measure of one's speaking ability. That's not the environment that a President faces when in other nations when convincing foreign leaders to sign on to something, or what's faced in a debate (a true one anyways, without prepared questions).
