Which states that the top 1% of taxpayers, which make $313,469/yr or more pay 37.42% of all Federal Personal Income Tax. Gee... sounds a lot like "almost 38% of the benefits of the tax cut" doesn't it?? Wonder why??
Further more... again according to the "House of Representatives", the bottom 50% of taxpayers, (a smaller number than your bottom 60%), those who make less than $27,682, pay just 3.91% of all federal personal income taxes.
Now tell me how getting 14% of the benefits from the tax cut while only paying 4% of the taxes is a bum rap?!
