Now, there does exist a loophole in current code where you can purchase vehicles over 6,500 lbs. and write that vehicle off through your business (i.e., Hummer H2s). IIRC, it's going to be closed up for next year, though.

If you mean "tax breaks" to those that have to pay luxury tax and sometimes a gas guzzler tax on top of normal taxes on high-priced automobiles, you would be correct in that those bank large amounts of money get to see "tax breaks"...
