Sounds like syncros. When was the last time you changed your tranny fluid?
Never, I just bought it about 5 months ago. It has 44,000k on it. I'll try changing the fluid. I read in the archives that I need to replace the old fluid with a new one(XT-M5-QS), which is "honey" colored instead of the original "reddish" fluid.
