Yes I've read a lot about the Lambda woofers, but I think I'm going to stay fairly inexpensive for a few reasons. The first being that I currently have all stock speakers with a Sony HU...so pretty much anything will sound good to me. Awhile ago I asked for help with a set-up, and everyone seemed to recommend components in the front, a four-channel amp and a sub in the trunk. So now I'm just looking a little more specifically into what I need to do. Second, I (obviously) do not have any experience with any of this, and everyone I know either has stock speakers or paid a ridiculous amount of money for installation AND equipment...so the chances of me fuggn' something up are decent. So I'm going to keep it cheap...like my HU lol...

Thanks for your help, I appreciate it.

Well, I bought everything used,,,except the sub and enclosure....speakers are easy to install.
I never buy new unless I absolutely have to. When you sell you loose your shirt anyway,,,,so maybe spend a little now on used stuff that you will be able to be happy for years to come

Probably could get a 10" in there with some cutting. Mounting may be a little harder because of the shape of the deck, but it could be done.

You could probably pull it off, but the Lambda wouldn't be a great choice for a free air application.

I was thinking about getting a box - if i can find something that fit. Or build something.

I have 2 8" in the trunk. They take up little room and sound great!
