Hmmm... I'm sure you're nice and all, I'm in cali, but I don't swing that way...
Seriously though, I've got an SVT and I get just about that per tank +/- 10mi.
If you haven't already, clean out your upper/lower intake manifolds and run some good (techron, berryman's) injector cleaner through your tank. If the UIM/LIM cleaning has never been done, you can bet that the gunk in there is robbing you of some efficiency. Ditto for the injectors.
In the FAQ, there are how-tos for this- both "invasive" and "non-invasive".

I get close to 400 to the tank, mostly highway. Most of the basic intake and exhaust mods should also help with mileage.

this last tank, i only got 187 and put 12-13 gallons in on my CSVT. I usually get about 200 to the tank, but i have an extremely heavy foot and practically take it to redline everytime in every gear. right now i have 165 on my tank and it's still half full, but i did 100 miles of highway driving on sat. about 95% of my driving is all city driving, and down here, it's rush hour from 6 am to 5 am the next day, or at least it seems that way.

Not usually...When people mod their car they tend to become more lead footed, hence eliminating any improved gas mileage that would have occurred. But, if you drive sensibly, opening up both ends of the car will improve MPG...

I set a record today! 235 miles, put in 11.5 gallons. 20 mpg! I thought the tank was nearing empty, it was a little under a quarter tank. God I'm happy. Never gotten passed 200 on a tank. Anyway, I'll contain my glee. *giggle*

I have a stock Duratec and I usually get about 25 miles to the gallon in mixed driving and about 30 when its all highway. Like the other poster said, when people add mods they do tend to drive harder, perhaps subconsciously but it is usually true. When I first got my Mystique I would floor it when the light turned green because the acceleration felt so good. My gas mileage was awful (about 19-20) until I stopped doing that. So making some changes in your driving habits might help. Also, make sure you are up to date on all your maintainance, especially air/fuel filters and such because those things can make a difference.
