anyone know?

Just curious. . .

I've helped out alot of Diesel guys so I'll tell ya...

Those Turbo Deisels come so tuned down from the manufacturer that the potential is enormouse. The first step is to get some new engine management therefore you need to chip it. We happen to carry the full line of Edge chips and they offer one of the best on the market.....That chip alone can give 150HP and 350lb/tq. You can also get and In-Caben digital monitor that holds all your gauges and allows you to completely control the engine on the fly......after that we stack it with a turner. I'm partial to Diablo for the Duramax, however Quadzilla makes a nice one as well. With new versions of the Diablo you can change variouse things from the inside of your cockpit and obtain near 125HP and 235lb/tq ontop of that aquired by the other chip if tuned correctly. Now top all of this off with a Bank's 4in Monster Exhaust system with something like a 5in tip and an Intake(I've used Volant) and your breathing. The engine is now pushing out so much power that the tranny is slipping like hell and throwing codes left and right. Well ATS and other variouse companies offer a completely rebuilt Tranny, however you can order the necessary parts and have a trusted shop perform them for you. The Torque Converter we put in his Duramax was 82lbs . After that there are variouse differnt little bolt ons that can be used but at that point your putting out Well over 1100lbs/tq on maximum settings.

I'll go get his dyno plot for you guys.....its simply amazing. Again his truck put out:

over 450HP and 1200lb/tq

If anyone is further interested then let me know....i've helped alot of diesels guys out and those things move.
