ok well the hesitation SEEMS to be gone. I took it for a run from London to Woodstock, stoped @ wendy's, turned it off, turned it back on again and let it run idle. then drove home.

I'm letting it cool off until about 10:30 then take it out again and see what happens.

CEL still on

Okay!

Did anyone notice the fuel rail and fuel regulator?
Look at pic below.

Fuel Rail

The fuel rail (Figure 3) distributes low pressure fuel from the chassis supply line to each injector. Fuel pressure at the top of each injector is maintained within 1% of each other at all times; this is done with nearly symmetric flow paths. The fuel rail is also designed to have minimal flow restriction by increasing the cross-sectional flow area and reducing the flow path length. The fuel rail contains several other parts in assembly (PIA) components that perform crucial functions. These include:

-- Injection Pressure Sensor which measures the pressure of the fuel near the injectors. This signal is used by the EEC-V to adjust the injector pulse width and meter fuel to each engine combustion cylinder.

-- Engine Fuel Rail Temperature Sensor which measures the pressure of the fuel near the injectors. This signal is used by the EEC-V to adjust the injector pulse width and meter fuel to each engine combustion cylinder.

-- Low Pressure Solenoid Shut-Off Valve which isolates the fuel rail from the upstream fuel system when the engine is not operating. This minimizes the amount of fuel available to flow through the fuel injectors when the vehicle is off or leak from a damaged fuel rail during and after a crash. The valve is controlled by the EEC-V fuel shut-off valve circuit and contains an inertia switch. The valve is only on for one second after a "key-on" or whenever PIP signal are being observed by the EEC-V.

I'm thinking if that low pressure solenoid is there and we cut the power the car might think it's off....

Also to rule out the MAF unplug it while the engine is running. The car should skip a beat until the computer changes to default (limp setting). Then plug it back in (still running) and it should skip again.

ECT, IAT, MAF, and Crank Shaft sensor, all these must be working for the O2 to work properly.

and why the coolant?
Well it was used to warm up the CNG fuel cause it came into the fuel rail at -160.....

Ok if that solenoid is screwed why would it only lean to a warm start CEL code?

ok it still sucks.. but. I've noticed that when the car is chugging I'm getting a huge huge hiss from the intake, vs when its normal sounding. I don't know why it wouldn't do this sometimes but not others

edit
my cars srcewed, or the owner is an idiot. I thank you all now a head of time for your help. I really do.

I'm just fustrated thats all, cuz I can't do [censored] on my own

Any hissing from the intake is an audible indication of something wrong downstream, IE. engine not running properly.
