I presume you took the stereo equipment out. Take it back to stock as much as possible that will increase your target market. Post the SVT Certificate too.
Tires. That's a tough one. If it needs tire REALLY bad, replace them - even if its with good used tires that match, or some Pep-Boyz cheapies.
Advertise locally as well as on Ebay. Post an SVT add on college campus & HS bulletin boards in your vicinity. Don't forget to post in Ebay that you reserve the right to pull the auction if the car sells locally for cash.
