So i can buy any chip and just have someone reprogram it for me? How much would that cost?

Not just any chip. Needs to be a newer chip (if superchips, i have no idea about diablo). KKM charges $45. You can have whoever you buy from ship straight to them and then they ship to you.

Would be real good to do things like the clutch packs as well, but that would get real costly. The escape cd4e handles the kenne bell supercharger, so there is hope if you really want to use a cd4e with high horsepower. Not sure what is different about the escape cd4e.

I think that a lock up tourque convertor would put whatever power you have to the ground a lot quicker.

If you concerned with just down low, then an underdrive pulley and optimized throttle body will really give noticable improvements. Cam gears will help alittle too.
Intake and exhaust are good for mid to top end power.
That's about where the bolt-ons stop and real serious modding begins.
An ATX cooler is highly recommended.

That is where I am at......time for some big engine mods.
