Well I went to my Transmission parts house and purchased my rebuilt converter from there. I did have a tc with code C
I sheepishly have to admit that the first tc was probably fine. What threw me was that as I installed the tc, I worked with it until it was fully seated. Apparently if you seat it all the way, the outer splins on the turbin shaft hit the inner splins if you seat the tc as far as it can go...if you pull it out a bit (such as when it is mounted to the flywheel it turns fine.....Has anyone else noticed this!!!
