Hey BrianM those are my door panels. I used the dremel to cut out all the extra plastic. I used .25 MDF and have no problems with clearance. I highly reccommend anyone putting in the templates to cut out as much of that plastic as possible. Hell, might as well drill out the grill like I did while you have the doors appart.
