I did a bunch of searches through countless posts. I might have missed it somewhere. Does anyone have pictures of LEDS install in the gauges. I know it requires soldering. I just dont know where to solder for negative and positive to have the leds light up the gauges. Anyone have a picture of the leds soldered in? Also can you just solder a LED to the foglight switch. Which one is the positive and negative. Thanks MAtt

there is no soldering needed. the #74 bulbs from superbrightleds.com can just pop into the original socket of the bulb(s) you want to replace. you just have to be careful when pulling out the stock bulbs though.

I know that howto is still a work in progress and all, but gotdaym that's sweet. I'm going to have so much fun this summer. I still have all the leds and resistors sitting on top of my computer monitor waiting to go in. Question, though. In some of the pictures for the gauge install your car is obviously running while you're disassembling the dash... why?

I was checking how cool the lights looked off and on, during the installation. Unless you hook up something your not supposed to do something that has a negative affect you shouldn't have much problem. Besides my battery was starting to die so I had to turn my engine on in order to keep my battery from dying.
