Wow, you couldn't have prepared that statement any better, and hopefully it will have a positive effect on the manner in which they run their business. I'll leave it up to them to contact me in the case of my subwoofer, because after having sent several emails that were not responded to, I've past the point of frustration. In the mean time, I think I'll buy a different subwoofer, because quite frankly, I can't take listening to just my mids/highs anymore

If they do eventually contact me, and send me a new sub, I'll switch out whichever one I buy for now and throw it on ebay. Thank you dave for trying to get this matter cleared up, for not only me, but on behalf of all the people on this site who have been trying to buy their products.
