The JBL will put 600w into a 4ohm load. It'll put 1200w into a 2ohm or 1ohm load. You're more likely to overpower the Type R subs than not have enough (depending on how you hook them up).
BTW, peak measures are useless. You'll want to use rms (continuous power measurement) for matching up equipment.
