2.0 ztec, auto, 260,000 km car runs, idles, drives i bought it and the guy said there was problems with 2nd gear, all i wanted off it was the tires but i think its still a driveable car, needs a battery for sure (i spent an hour driving it in the parking lot here and didnt have a problem driving it forward and reverse, didnt make any odd noises)
trany fluid is still bright pink, jvc cd player everything else seems to work just fine, 2 tires on the front have decent tread, rear 2 need replacing... brakes dont look too bad, needs a coolant flush and oil change.
a few people told me the transmission could either be on its way if 2nd slips, or its just a stuck valve or bad sensor, im not putting any money into this car i already have 2
