this is a 2 part post. the first part is that i have 2 brand new mtx t6124a subs (12" 6000 series) and a mtx 4250D Amp powering them. I am thinking about selling them with a box and monster cable interconnect cables to connect the amp to the sub box for around $600 so let me know if anybody is interested around the wixom michigan area. The second part of this post is that im planning on getting 3 twelve inch polk momo's with a mtx thunder81000D amp. To put all this in my trunk (while keeping the spare still there) im going to have to custom make tons of stuff. so if anybody has a scale schematic or drawing of the trunk space, like out of a ford parts book or something, that would be great. email me at netmatrix0@hotmail.com if you have any q's about the subs and stuff im selling. thank you.

p.s. anybody else notice how long my sentences are? Third grade here i come smile

First of all,

Are you getting a VERY good deal on the Polks? If you aren't there are much better woofers on the market that you may want to look at.

To answer your question, I am not aware of any drawing or trunk dimensions.

I agree you can get better than momos, but they're still good, specially 3 12's.

If i remember right, i've got the MTX 1000D (y2k model), and those can only go stable into 2 ohms. If the polk momos are 4ohms each, then your amp wouldn't be a be able to push it. If you can find a good deal on those subs, then go for it. Other than that, check for other options. You'll be glad if you do a little searching first. Much more satisfied than if you were to rush into things IMHO wink . As for the dimensions of the trunk, i know that right in between the 2 rear tire wells, is about 38 Inches if IIRC. I did (actually still working on) my setup with that. The other dimensions i'm not too sure.

Give me more beer and CEG before i get depressed!
