Advance Auto had it for me the same day from their local warehouse.

That means 1-2 days if they have to get it from a DC.

I still do not see a listing for a thermostat for the Duratec from AutoZone.

The Failsafe part number you gave is not for a Duratec. (I would re-check your sources or perhaps just get another source??? )

7200 is the generic SBC part number for the old V8's.

Failsafe lists the part number as 7354-192 in their catalog (only available in 192 - I.E. stock) and also is either a discontinued or just NA part through Autozone.

Well "Technically" no.

Just use hot glue or duct tape.
