There is a HUGE difference between 2.25" OD and 2.25" ID...

Im looking for dyno grapsh so I can prove to the Mazda6 3.0L guys that running a 2.5" ID exhaust system is going to provide better gains than a 2.25" ID system.

I remember when I was experimenting with my exhaust system on my Cougar back a couple years ago, that the consensus was a 2.5" ID exhaust system was the way to go, especially if you installed headers (which I have on my Cougar).

If Draxas had the money to do the testing I would. Right now we are offering a 2.5" cat back for the Mazda6 that splits into 2.25" at the rear into Magnaflow mufflers. The system flows VERY well. But I would like to have dynos as evidence. Again, if I had the several hundred $$$$ necessary to build another 2.25" system and then do comparison dynos, I would....
