You can buy the shifter from RayWee the other guy running the group by and you can get the plate from scott60d. I believe he charges $12 for the plate. The GB offer is over, sorry.

I have also had both in my car and can tell no difference.

The B&M is a "shorter" shifter in the fact that the throws are shorter. Think shifting an 80's toyota pick up, know how long the throws are. It is only because the shifter is taller.

The steeda is what people consider a true short shifter in the fact that it actually changes the length below the pivot point, but it is taller above the pivot point. Making the throws between the 2 almost the same.

The big kicker for me is the price. 150 for B&M (130ish on ebay) and 105 for steeda.
