Seems like a deal.
The only bad part is the 8ohm impedence of the Stryke drivers. However, you could solve this problem by using a 4ch amp. Bridge 1/2 for the right components and bridge 3/4 for the left components. A 50x4 amp should be more than sufficient and cost around $100-150 for a good amp.
