What is up everyone? I guess I am now the new guy  . I just purchased a 1998 CSVT, which I believe is an E1 from what I have read on these boards. I will be picking up the car tomorrow from its current owner and hope to soon learn what number it is, etc. Hopefully you'll be seeing me around often. I spend a lot of time on a few other boards also.

I have a few pics that the seller had, but I don't have a site to host them. It doesn't look like you can attach pics to posts in these forums, or can you and I am just not seeing it?

welcome!  no, you cant attach pics. you have to host them somewhere like fototime or cardomain and then link them.

Well, since I am not too good at hosting pics on other sites and too lazy to really learn, I will just do this. Here is the original autotrader ad that the buyer put out with pics of the car, if anyone wants to see it.

btw, I ended up paying only 5k for it, not the 6,500 they were originally asking. I thought it was a pretty decent deal. They had a buyer or two not come through with money, so they called me up and said they just wanted 5, which is what they owed on it.

It has just under 98k on it. Seems to still be running strong.
And yes, I know it is a tad dirty. It just needs a little time with me and some tlc and I'll have it looking great.
