I have the exact same problem and I have already tried a bunch of crap to fix it. I have had the problem through 2 sets of tires so it isn't the tires. I have replaced my rotors twice and had the latest set turned once, but still have the problem. Each time I do something with the rotors the problem goes away for a few days and then begins shake, slightly at first but rapidly gets worse. I think I have figured my problem to be Raybestos Quiet Stop brakes because the problem first showed up shortly after they were installed.
Here is my theory. Ceramic is a heat insulator and therefore my ceramic pads are not absorbing the heat from my rotors. Since the rotors are having to bear all the heat burden, they are warping very quickly. What do you think, sound plausible?
To test my theory I will need to buy new pads (any suggestions?) and get my rotors turned again (possibly have to buy new since they have already been turned once).
