I don't know if this counts as weird, but here's one. When I worked at my last job, there was a guy who showed up one day in the parking garage with this old Lotus 7 clone. V8 engine, decent shape, the engine really barked when he started it up. I talked to him just once, found out what make of engine it was, and that was that. Fast forward several months, after I'd moved out of town, I was thinking about cars like his (I'd read an article about building a Caterham) and I did a Google search to see if I could find info about Lotus 7 clones for sale in the US. The second link I clicked took me to a forum that had a regional section that included Virginia, and so I posted there wondering about owners in the Richmond area. The owner of the forum emailed me and talked about his car, in Northern Virginia, and invited me to come see it sometime. Turned out that it was the owner of the car at my old job, and he remembered me (and my Contour).

So... my aunts never got along with my grandmother. She was a lonely, bitter biznitch of a woman most of the time. So, it's normal they wouldn't like their mother-in-law. Over time, they fell out of communication.
At my grandmother's wake, there was a set of flowers sent in that NOBODY could figure out. The name was Sissy Doe. To this day, no one knows who sent them.
My aunt is sitting below them at one point and says "if she saw us all here, what do you think she'd say?"
And the flowers fell off the mantle and hit her in the head.
