ran a 14.3 at 95 with just boost controller at 16 right when i got the car. im at 5600 feet so i think thats a pretty good baseline
the stock gears aren't that bad, just dont go aroung launching it at 5500rpms all day long and they'll last a while. i have a freind that ran a 13.4 with the same mods you have and hes had his car for like 2 yrs tracks it atleast twice a month, no new gears yet.
hell i know guys runnin 12s with the stock WRX turbo and gears!
you need an uppipe if your gonna turn your boost up. there is a cat in the uppipe that doesnt handle higher boost very well. eventually it will break and go in your turbo, and then you have a way bigger problem.
