IIRC its a 24mm bolt which you have to take off on the alternator

Well that part is a no brainer. But I am hearing that you will basically destroy your alternator in doing this. I have a set of these I bought used, but still new/never used.
Perhaps it was getting it back on that was the total [censored].
Who has succesfully done the alt?

OK. Pics n a short how to on the ALT pulley.  Now I have everything out of there becuase I am still in mid trans swap. So this may be overkill, but damn i can't see getting an impact gun in there with the Hub assbly in.  I used a strap wrench and 24mm on the impact and she came right off.     Used the strap wrench to put it back on. Very easy.
