i had my hood repainted after noticing webbing. car was new and it was covered under warranty, though. and it's not just the contours. my friends lightning had the same problem (black as well).

I've got the same problem. When I bought the car, I thought those little white flecks were just paint blown over by a spray gun. Boy was I wrong. What really sucks is that I was under warranty then, but not anymore. I'm hoping to sell this car before it gets too bad and maybe get an SVT. Looks like I'll be steering away from black, even if it is me favorite color.
