Go to 3gupload.com.
Make an account, put your cell phone info, listen to some ringtones, put the ones you want into your account. You don't have to donate any money, but you won't be able to see what songs you have in your "locker".
Then through your phone's internet access, go to 3gupload.com, put your username in and you'll see all the ringtones that you have in your locker. Pick the one you want, it'll download into your phone, and you're all set.
If you don't have internet access with your phone, then disregard.
